What we collect, and what happens to it.
Baldwin Armor handles every inquiry discreetly. This page explains exactly what this site collects, why, which service providers process it, how it is protected today, and how long it is kept. It describes what is actually in place, not what is planned.

Only what you send us.
This site has two forms. The inquiry form collects your name, your email address and the message you write. The quote request collects your name, email address and phone number, how you prefer to be contacted, the vehicle you own or want sourced and its mileage, the protection level and coverage you are considering, how the vehicle will be used, your timeline and a budget range.
We do not ask for payment details, government identifiers, or documents through this site. There is no account to create and no way for a visitor to sign up.
Our hosting provider records standard request information when you load a page, including your IP address, your browser and device type and the pages you requested. We do not use advertising cookies and we do not track you across other websites.
To answer you, and to keep the record straight.
We use what you submit to respond to your inquiry, prepare a quote, keep an accurate record of our conversation with you, and operate and secure this site. That is the whole list.
We do not sell personal information. We do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We do not send marketing email to people who contacted us about a build.

The controls that are in place.
Everything you send is encrypted in transit over HTTPS, and encrypted at rest by our hosting provider. All of it is stored in United States regions.
Access to the database is restricted at the database itself. Row level security is enabled on every table, and staff roles are defined so that a role can only reach the records it needs. This site has no public sign up, so no visitor can create an account or read a submission that is not theirs.
Retention, stated plainly.
Today, an inquiry or quote request is delivered to a Baldwin Armor email inbox, and a copy of each quote request is written to an internal spreadsheet. Both are kept until someone at Baldwin Armor deletes them. There is no automatic expiry.
Access, correction and deletion.
Write to us and ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. We will confirm who you are before acting on the request, and we will tell you if there is anything we have to keep.
